Purchase Guidelines

Simple Purchasing Steps:
Step 1  : Select your favor products from our list

Step 2  : Email to esnclothing@gmail.com
Step 3  : State in your email, the CODE, QUANTITY, COLOUR or SIZE (IF APPLICABLE), SHIPPING ADDRESS & CONTACT NUMBER.
Step 4  : Upon received your order, parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be calculated and an email will be sending to you for your reference and to confirm the order.

Step 5  : Follow the guideline to settle the payment.

Step 6  : The invoice will be send to you upon received payment. (Attention: Order will only be proceed upon received payment)

Step 7  : Tracking number will be sent to you when parcel is delivered. You may also instantly track the parcel status; by clicking the links stated ‘Tracking Order’

 

Shopping

For customers, that purchase less than 3 pieces, there will be charges of shipping fee amounting RM10.00.

Eg :           Items                RM 60.00

           (+) Shipping fee     RM 10.00

                 Total                RM 70.00

We provide free shipping for customers who purchase 3 pieces and above. Free shipping and the shipment charges only applicable for those order within MALAYSIA. You can check the Information stated ‘Parcel Updates’ for Order Processing Status for every batch.

Please visit your nearest Maybank branch to deposit the exact amount of money for the order you have made at ESNClothing. Please email us with a scan/copy/photo of the transaction receipt after you have completed the payment.

Please include ESNClothing email address esnclothing@gmail.com when you make the payment. Maybank or HSBC will notify us through email once the transaction is completed and we will be able to update your order status immediately.

Please take note that if you are paying using your friends, family…etc. Maybank or HSBC account, please email us a screen shot of the transaction receipt at esnclothing@gmail.com. This is for us to verify the transaction.

 

We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Personal or Business Cheques and Credit Cards.


All payments must be submitted within 7 days after the purchase. If payment has not been received after that period, your order consider void. 


Please DO NOT purchase my item if you do not intend to follow up with payment.
Once we have received your payment, we will send an email notification to you.

 

Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide.

 

We will ship immediately in 5 business days upon receiving stocks. After posting out your items, we would inform respective customers with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.

 

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services; you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking “Tracking Order” in which will direct you to respective courier services Website.

You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges. (Attention: This will only apply to customers outside Malaysia)


Exchanges and Returns

We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out. All goods are unable to refunded or returned.
