4. How is the quality of your clothes?
Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices. Around 70% of our products are same as photos, with another 30% are imitated from fashion magazines.

5. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the web, we regard our web as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.

6. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We frequently change our stock to bring you the best styles every week. The goal of ESNClothing is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. That’s why our selection is so dynamic.

7. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
90% of our clothes are in One Size. Other sizable clothes are sized at Asian Small / Medium / Large.
Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our Size chart. Most of our clothes are made with some Spandex which is elastic.

8. How to specify sizes when I order?
Most of our clothes are in One Size. For sizable items, there will have clear size information shown at products description.
Please let us know your prefer sizes for sizable items when you place an order.

9. What about returns and exchanges?
We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All goods are unable to refunded or returned. 

10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Bank Transfer and Bank Deposit. You may see the details in Purchase Guidelines.

11.How do we get the clothes that we purchase?
We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a trusted courier service provider.

12. In what purchase amount can I get free shipment?
We offer free shipment for order 3 pieces and above in a single order. We will charge RM10 per shipment for order below 3 pieces. Free shipping and the shipment charges only applicable for those order within Malaysia.

13. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
ESNClothing would not place any extra charges other than items actual price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties.

14. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
We will place order once we have orders of paid 16 pieces or every 2 weeks, whichever is faster. We will receive the items 1 to 2 weeks after sending the orders to our supplier, or may be faster depending on stock availability. All our styles available at our online catalogue are pre-order means ordering straight from our supplier’s catalogue. We will order from our supplier based on your order. Some of the items are ready stocks, which we will state ‘Ready Stock’. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

15. How long will it take to get my order?
This process will takes at least 2 weeks. If you ordered items are in stock we will process your order in the next working day. If the order is placed on weekend or bank holiday, your order will be process in the nest working day.

16. How about if there is out stock items?
Don’t worry. We will refund you in full of the amount that you have paid.
